League of the Lions

History
There was once a lion named Sun. He believed that he was the most powerful cat in the entire world. One day, he found a lioness. She claimed that she could easily beat him in a fight. He laughed and accepted her challenge. They fought for moons. Finally, Sol gave up, allowing the lioness to win. During their fight, he grew to respect and like her. He asked her to lead a group of cats alongside him. After much thought, she accepted. They fell in love and became the first King and Queen of League of the Lions.

Territory
League of the Lions live in a large forest. There are many clearng throughout the forest. There are a few clearings designated as battle training areas, and the rest are for anything a cat wants. There are many rivers flowing through the forest, and a day's journey away from the camp is the ocean. Doctors travel here to speak with the Lost Legends. The camp itself is a large clearing with a giant tree in the corner across from the entrance. A few fox lengths up is the King and Queen's den. The princes and princesses live here as well. All the other dens are made of neatly stacked tree branches draped with a few vines. In the center of camp is a tree trunk. It is hollowed out to hold the prey, and another, larger hollowed tree trunk is filled with water. The water is replenished every 2 days.

Beliefs
They believe in the Lost Legends, a group of deceased cats who send prophecies and messages to the doctors. The Lost Legends also give the King 12 lives to serve his clan, and the queen 12 as well.

Traits
Most league members are proud, but not rude. The are often very confident. All lions must be strong, and clever, or they will rarely get a high position.

Rules
IC
If the heir has not chosen a mate before they turn 18 moons, the king will choose one for them.
The king's word is law.
The queen's word is law.
The king's word is more powerful than the queen's.
If the king and queen have both male and female kits, the male is more likely to become the heir.
If the heir is not atleast 16 moons when the king and queen both die, then the deputy will rule. The heir will then be demoted. But when the heir DOES come of age, and the deputy position is not filled, the former heir will become the deputy.

vvEach person may have no more than 1 high position and 1 semi high position. In addition to this, each person ay have as many normal positions as they like.

Council of Intelligence- cats who advise the king and queen and are known for their intelligence 0/3
