Erudite
The faction Erudite values intelligence, knowledge, and pursuit of knowledge. The color blue sybolizes their faction because blue releases a calming chemical in the mind. All members of the Erudite faction must wear at least one article of blue clothing. Their leaders are chosen based on the highest IQ score, and a new leader is chosen once the present one achieves age 55 or begins to demonstrate mental deterioration. Erudite initiation consists of many tests and much studying. Those who do not meet minimum requirements of knowledge will be exiled from Erudite, so that they may be made useful. This is an act of practicality, as it would be illogical to keep them around when they are more suited to other work. Those who complete initiation successfully will become a teacher or doctor. The Erudite are known to be arrogant and formal, and very committed to their jobs and studies.
We submit the following statements as truth:
"Ignorance" is not defined as stupidity but as lack of knowledge. Lack of knowledge inevitably leads to lack of understanding. Lack of understanding leads to a disconnect among people with differences. Disconnection among people with differences leads to conflict. Knowledge is the only logical solution to the problem of conflict.
Therefore, we propose that in order to eliminate conflict, we must eliminate the disconnect among those with differences by correcting the lack of understanding that arises from ignorance with knowledge.

Dauntless
The Dauntless are known for their daring and bravery. They often put on performances of stunts like, oh, just jumping from a moving train onto a roof, zip-lining down from a hundred floor building, and willingly jumping off of buildings. Stuff like that. Their compound is underground and is old, and not very updated. The Dauntless wear black clothing, usually good for fighting, and most are either tattooed, pierced, or have their hair died or any combination of that.Their leaders are chosen from people who rank highest in initiation and have proven their worth. They are known for being aggressive and cocky. The Dauntless have a very difficult initiation that consists of fighting and handling you deepest fears. If you make it through initiation without dying or being exiled, the highest rank will have their choice of job, then going down the line. Jobs consist of control room (computers and monitors), ambassadors, leader in training, Dauntless leader (if there is an open position), training the initiates, guarding and patrolling the fence, and patrolling the factionless section.
Abnegation
The Abnegation are known for their selflessness, as well as being the government faction. They solely ccontrol all governmental decisions and jobs. The Abnegation wear grey, modest clothing and don't care what they wear, really. That would be self-indulgent. The Abnegation are limited i all activities self indulgent including looking in a mirror, playing games, and decoration. Their lives are solely dedicated to helping others. Of all the factions, the Divergent population among the Abnegation is highest. The Abnegation perform acts of selflessness including giving food to thr factionless, giving up their seats, and holding the door. They are often very quiet and modest, and not at all judgemental.

the job. ya know, four's job when he's not training initiates? basically security? also you should have physical, emotional, and mental phases of training
