she trotted off in the opposite direction, scouting out everywhere danger might hide. after checking everywhere, she turned back, satisfied. "its dafe. lets move in," she instructed her herd.

Casino galloped alongside Sunrise. He flashed her a mischievous smile and galloped faster, passing her. He scanned the area carefully and turned his head to face her with laughter in his eyes before running even faster.

"We're home!" he shouted joyfully. He cantered around before stopping to eat and looked at the sky tiredly. "It's getting late. Scouts, nice job today. Go rest," he said. The dark bay stallion walked over to a comfy spot and closed his eyes.
Midnight snorted and fell asleep.
Norm looked at everyone and nickered happily before closing his eyes.
